P & L Services Team, Inc. is a company operating within several venues; Construction, Security, and Business management. We have over 50 years of combined experience in security management, construction management, administration and organizational support services. Based on the diversity of our backgrounds and our training, we bring a wide spectrum of solutions leading to your success.
We offer expertise in construction management support, development of policies and procedures, cost estimating, risk analysis, as well as providing consultation for business concerns. It is with these skills that we have the ability to be detail oriented, analytical and problem solvers.
We offer expertise in security management through risk assessments, threat and vulnerability analysis, policy and procedure development, crisis management, training and exercise development and cost estimating.

Patricia Pitts
President
Patricia Pitts, President of P & L Services Team has performed comprehensive construction related services for over 25 years. Patricia brings her administrative and management support for the building of nuclear power plants, hydro-dams, custom residential homes, educational facilities and non profit facilities. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business, is a State of Florida Notary Public and a Certified Signing Agent.
She enjoys the simple pleasure of curling up with a good book and reads everything from fiction, inspirational, motivational to biographies and cookbooks. Patricia believes that books opens the mind to diversity of thought, conversation and allows one to relax and learn at the same time.
Patricia’s goal is to provide guidance and superior services to all of her clients. She will use her core strength of organizational skills and attention to detail to provide comprehensive solutions for your business success.
Lynn Thilmany
Vice President
Lynn Thilmany served honorably for 27 years in the Army Military Police Corps and is a disabled veteran. Lynn’s leadership, management skills and forty years of experience led her to be Vice President for two companies. She has traveled globally assisting corporate and government entities in designing policies and procedures, conducting risk analysis and providing consultation for security and business concerns. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science in Administration. She has extensive training with multiple Federal agencies which include FEMA and Homeland Security. Lynn is a State of Florida Notary Public and a member of ASIS International.
Lynn’s favorite past times are anything to do with the outdoors, whether that is gardening, biking, walking or enjoying the beach. Family and friends occupy the rest of her time.
One of her mantras is to “pay it forward.” Her extensive travels, exposure to different cultures and diverse training give her a perspective that anything is possible. She takes that belief with her into the business world and empowering her clients to success.
